Eric Stubin

Eric has over 22 years of industry experience and currently serves as president of the board for the Secondary Materials and Recycled Textiles Trade Association (SMART), where he has also overseen their public relations. Additionally, Eric is chairman of the Council for Textile Recycling’s nonprofit education and advocacy group. He is currently the CEO of Trans-Americas Textile Recycling, a leading recycler of post-consumer textiles since 1942 and leader in municipal textile recycling services.

Eric is a subject matter expert on post-consumer textile waste, frequently consulting with several organizations and working closely with brands, retailers and consumers to divert textiles from landfills.
